Before the summer season
really hits in July, and after it winds down in September, one group can
rent the entire Inn for a weekend in May or June. People love having an Inn all to themselves for weekends. Be it a workshop, religious or holistic retreat,
or just a "girls" or "guys" weekend w/o
the kids, the Central Ave. House is an ideal choice for your
special weekend.

Eleven rooms with 14 beds rent for a discounted rate of $1700 for the weekend and can sleep up to
21 people. If needed, a few extra rooms can be made
available as well at an additional cost.

kitchen is right off of the lobby and is yours for the weekend.
There is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker &
tea kettle, a bagel toaster, a sink, plates/cutlery etc, and
cabinets for dry goods. Many groups bring their own pre-cooked
meals to re-heat, plus breakfast and lunch foods. The lobby and two porches, each with old-fashioned
rockers and comfy wicker furniture, provide ample outdoor
gathering space.
