• Ten Rooms spaced over two stories share five bathrooms; three full and two powder rooms. All rooms have sinks and ceiling fans and eight are air conditioned.
• Outdoor shed has complimentary beach chairs, or bring your own to store.
• There is no smoking inside the Inn, however smokers are welcome to smoke on the porches.

Like in your home, everybody congregates here too! Coffee, tea and homemade granola is served daily from 8 - 10 a.m. However, the kitchen is available for you 24/7, it has a refrigerator with ice & water, microwave, a double sink, ample cabinet space for storage, and all dishware, utensils, etc. You'll enjoy the luxury of bringing your own food/beverages for your visit, plus you can heat up left-overs!

 

Painstakingly restored to its original Victorian charm, yet comfortable and homey as well. You can curl up and read, or enjoy the TV/VCR, or stereo. Many games and video movies are here for you to to choose from on rainy days.

Central Avenue House Policies

• Check in: 2 p.m. till 9 p.m. Sorry, no early check in.
• Check out: 11 a.m. There is no extended checkout or luggage storage. Public showers and lavatories available on the beach and across the street at the Great Auditorium.
• Children: Well behaved children aged 7 and older are welcome.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. The Central Avenue House welcomes service animals in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Deposit & Cancellation: 50% deposit required to secure room. Reservations made within 14 days of stay require full payment on your credit card. Cancellations made prior to 14 days of your arrival will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. No cancellations will be refunded within 2 weeks of stay and room will be paid in full. Since we are such a small inn, every cancellation makes an impact. If you must cancel within 14 days, perhaps you can send a guest in your place.
